About the Author

Jean K Durkee, author of three cookbooks, received her BS degree in Home Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended LaVarenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France and Mrs. Connette's Chateau Country Cooking School in Chinon, France.
