The book includes details about the storm, its path, the people on the cheniere (a ridge of high ground in low lands), what happened during the storm, who died, genealogy, how the families were dispersed. It contains copies of original photographs, illustrations from the period, and a list of persons who died and of survivors. A limited edition.
