Raised outside of Chicago in the restaurant business and groomed at such places as Houstons Restaurant, Stetsons Restaurant, Registry Hotel, Dallas, Texas, Five Star OOOOO & Five Diamond uuuuu Boca Raton Hotel & Resort, and the showcase kitchen at Petes, Boca Raton, Florida.
With a passion for the book business, Lonnie has authored and/or published two garde mange books on Mastering the Art of Carving Watermelon Centerpieces, (Published 1990), and Mastering the Art of Carving Melon Centerpieces, (Published 1997).
Now living in Florida (paradise), Lonnie also wrote the cookbook Mastering the Art of Florida Seafood (Published Oct 1999) by the Pineapple Press, Sarasota, Florida.Review:
