I enjoy the management aspects of budgeting and in the Little Budget Book, I reveal the secrets of savvy budgeters gained from several years of preparing, analyzing and critiquing public agency budgets. My intent was to create a quick read, handy reference source that contains the important budget concepts. The most frequent comment I get about this book is that it is oneof the best, if not the best, in its subject area. The Little Budget Book is being or has been used as a primary or secondary text by several Universities including the University of Southern California, University of Illinois, Indiana University, North Carolina State University, University of Rhode Island, University of California, Berkeley, University of Iowa and the University of British Columbia.About the Author:
