TONGUE AND TEETH POSITIONING, LESSON 1:
Look at my teeth. I'm going to make believe my teeth are a cage. I'm going to make believe my tongue is a tiger. When I open the cage (open teeth) you can see the tiger come out (stick out tongue). Before I close the cage, I let the tiger lie down (place tongue at the bottom of mouth, behind lower front teeth). Then I close the cage (place tongue at bottom of mouth and shut teeth with upper teeth overlapping lower teeth). When the cage is closed the tiger cannot come out (place tongue again at bottom of mouth and shut teeth).
