Sam Sikes is the former co-founder of Learning Unlimited Corporation, and the founder of DoingWorks, Inc., a training organization that specializes in experiential learning techniques. Sam trains, facilitates, and speaks nationwide in a variety of corporate and educational settings including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and universities. Best known for his creativity, Sam has trained groups as few as two people and as many as three thousand. He trains challenge course facilitators, corporate trainers and develops related indoor and outdoor training for adults. He is active in organizations such as the Association for Experiential Education and the American Society for Training and Development. In 2000, Sam received the "Karl Rohnke Creativity Award" from the Association for Experiential Education. Best known for his creativity, Sam Sikes trains and facilitates for a wide variety of businesses and organizations. Sam also conducts trainer workshops to teach others to use any of the activities from his books. . . and more.
Sam has a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been in the training field for more than a decade.
