Milagros Guzman, se graduo con altos honores de la Universidad Interamericana y curso estudios avanzados en Psicologia Industrial en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte. Realizo internados profesionales en prestigiosas organizaciones en California, Chicago, Pennsylvania y Nueva York. En 1997, recibio el Lifetime Achievement Award otorgado por la Sociedad para la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos (SHRM). Su nombre aparece en el United Who s Who de Ejecutivos y Profesionales. Ha sido reconocida como Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science. Psicologa industrial, fundo en el 1977 y preside el Instituto para la Productividad (INPRO) una empresa sin fines de lucro. A traves de INPRO ha dirigido programas para el desarrollo de recursos humanos, el fortalecimiento de la productividad y el mejoramiento del clima de trabajo. INPRO ha capacitado a más de 85,000 empleados de todos los niveles en sobre 900 empresas.
