Janis Plotkin is currently the Executive and Artistic Director of the SFJFF and has been with the Festival since its foundation by Deborah Kaufman in 1980, Sam Ball is the Festival's Associate Director, Peter Jacobson is Web Producer and Operations Manager, and former Associate Director Caroline Libresco wrote many of the film synopses included in the book.
