Ages 5-17. Some spotting techniques are demonstrated. This is a participation video. All exercises are to be performed at home while the video is playing, in a 5' x 6' exercise area. Younger children enjoy, and benefit tremendously from this video, but parental participation is highly encouraged with them. Tumbling mats are recommended, but a soft pad or carpet will do.
