About the Author:
1959.Nacio R. A. Ramirez-Baez en Las Yayas, una aldea al sur de la Republica Dominicana. En 1979 viaja a Europa becado por el Instituto Superior Energetico de Moscu, donde se gradua de ingeniero, Summa Cum Laude. En su estadia en la Union Sovietica estudia a los clasicos rusos en su propia lengua y escribe el poemario Cirugias, dedicado a los caidos en la holocausto Nazi.
