In addition to his Board of Directors position at PFSweb and Daisytek, Mr. Layton also sits on the Boards of ISA PLC, a leading European distributor, uBid (Nasdaq: UBID) a leading online auction house and Virtual Village Inc., a software development company specializing in internet-enabled recruiting and online learning.
