Do you need a vacation from cooking? Mom's Camper Cooking was designed so the camper cook could enjoy their vacation with the rest of the family and still provide a delicious meal. Most of these recipes can be made with few ingredients that require minimal refrigeration and can be stored in your pantry.
These fun recipes are not only for RVers, busy families and those just learning to cook will love how they make life easier. I have put sample recipes in the picture section for you to print and make. Try them and see how scrumptious they really are! Both men and women, young and old, will find this cookbook a delight to use.
This book's size makes it convenient to take to the grocery store. The ingredients are in capital letters so they can be read with a glance. The font looks like hand printing and is easy to read. The directions are in a 1, 2, 3 format that is easy to follow, even for children. There are tips about the recipes, tips on camping and a few of my favorite joy scriptures.

Rita Hewson is a farm wife and mother of four. She has been a 4-H leader and a church school teacher for over fifteen years. She is the author of five Christian card games and a children's book titled A is for Abraham. When she is not working at home, working part-time at school, or working at the county extension office, you will find her relaxing while camping with her family.Review:
This new cookbook will tempt even the most seasoned kitchen-cowards to head to the kitchen and cook. Rita's creative recipes share a common bond: simplicity. Their ingredients are few, the grocery costs would be minimal and the recipes are quick and easy to prepare. The recipes look tasty, and one might consider buying a copy for a teenager to take to college, for a bachelor who hates to cook, or for someone who is looking for new recipes to prepare for the family. --Lisa Stevens John, editor, The St. John News
Glancing through the cook book, I found recipes which would be of great benefit for fathers, grandfathers and great grandfathers who do well to boil water. Rita's book is designed to help good cooks to have more time to do other things than just cook. I am taking a copy home to my wife hoping that she will have more time to watch basketball with me. --Ted Taylor, reporter, Kinsley Graphic
Hewson's homey tips, occasional favorite scriptures and handwritten-like type style all come together to make for a pleasant read. --Roshana Padilla, localife editor, Great Bend Tribune
