Dr. Tolliver is a board-certified podiatric surgeon who lives in Northwest Illinois with his wife and five children. He is an active member of his community, having coordinated the development of a large, award-winning playground in Freeport. He is an active member of Kiwanis International, locally and on the district level. Dr. Tolliver has been a member of the National Speakers Association and volunteers his time to local schools with presentations ranging from goal-setting to overcoming adversity. The proceeds from his first book have generated over $10,000 toward three charities and profits from the current book will go to one local charity for homelessness and a regional charity for brain research.
