Rosalie Neilson is a weaver known for her work in warp-faced rep. She has exhibited extensively throughout the United States, and has had her wall hangings exhibited internationally in Japan and Canada. She had lectured and taught workshops in rep ("ripsmatta") and Japanese braiding ("kumihimo") for the past twenty years. She has written articles for the following magazines: Weaver's; Shuttle, Spindle and Dyepot; and Handwoven. She is currently on the adjunct faculty as a weaving teacher at the Oregon College of Art and Craft.
