The Book version of The Puzzling World of Polyhedral Dissections has been out of print since 1992. It is the most significant work ever produced concerning geometrical mechanical puzzles. It is of equal interest to puzzle collectors, recreational mathematicians and woodworkers.
Along with the original 200 plus line drawings, this HTML version has been enhanced with many color photographs of the beautiful geometric puzzles made from exotic hardwoods by several puzzle craftsmen.
In addition, the CD-ROM contains page images suitable for viewing or printing of the highly desirable 1985 version (100 pp.) and 1992 version (80 pp.) of Steart's Puzzle Craft booklets. There is very little overlap between these two versions. Finally, the Puzzle World web site with hundreds of handcrafted mechanical puzzles (with many of Stewart's newer puzzles) is also included.
