In 1909, the Anna Louise Inn began its service of providing safe, affordable housing to young, low-income business women to fulfill a need for such housing in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Today, the Inn continues this commitment to women and students as well as to a new and diverse population of women of all ages - whether for a day, a week, a month, or a lifetime. It also provides supportive service leading to self-sufficiency and individual empowerment. This book contains the history of this historically and socially significant institution as well as a collection of recipes that commemorate the Anna Louise Inn over the past century.
