In Alaska, just like anywhere else, the choices in life are simple: you can suffer, or you can laugh. "Of Moose and Men" examines the hilarious suffering of everyday life- kids, dogs, camping, gardening, moose, gold panning and more- in this collection set in the unique backdrop of America's Last Frontier. In the book, the reader will discover that life's little challenges are much the same wherever home is located, but the Alaskan environment offers a few twists to the ordinary.

As publisher, what first caught my attention was the flow of all this funny material flashing across my CRT. That might be because I'm also the author. (The reader pauses, little droplets of sweat forming on their forehead. "Oh, no," they think, "more self-published, ego-massaging drivel.") Please don't panic... remain calm. You can test-read a section of the book. If you don't laugh while reading "Whoee Doggies," you probably wouldn't like the rest of the book- but I'm betting you will. From the Author:
Even more than laughing myself, I enjoy making other people laugh. Life's absurdities and challenges make the stuff of laughter, when treated right. There are no agendas in my writing- in fact, I've called the column and intellectual wasteland. The sole purpose to my writing is to laugh about life, and have some fun with the readers, my friends in living.
