Behind the rushing and busy-ness of our lives, dwells a place of unconditional peace, wisdom, and love. These meditations come from that deeper awareness, and guide us to a renewed appreciation of the greater expansiveness of our own being. The Inner Sanctuary (18:24) prepares the inner spaces of our beings for natural healing and expanded creativity. A Healing Meditation (21:25) supports the healing of body and of mind, inviting the deeper healing of the soul. Rhythms of Creation (17:26) strengthens the consciousness that helps us manifest our highest dreams. Over the years, many have found these meditations, now digitally remastered, to be deeply effective in supporting their healing on all levels. Spending time with Rabbi Ted's soothing voice and presence encourages the experience of greater calmness, and the expression of greater kindness.
