Dianea has spent much of her 50 years breaking down the myth, "Children are to be seen and not heard." After graduating from Cornell University's School of Nursing, she worked in various nursing arenas until she found her niche as a clinical nurse specialist on a psychiatric unit for 5 years. Since 1985, when she received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University, she has worked as a psychotherapist, now in private practice in Ithaca, NY. For a year (96-97), she attended The Primal Center in California. She is inspired by her 2 daughters, Erin and Megan, dancing, and hiking in the National Parks. She is a kid again.Review:
