About the Author:
My gym was located in the Times Square area of Manhattan. In the 1960's 70's and 80's the Mid-City Gym was "the" club that many athletes and movie personalities trained at or visited.
I co-produced many of the top competitions of the time such as the "Mr. Olympia" "Mr. World" "Mr. USA" and the "Mr. Universe" titles. I was the Vice President for the Internatinal Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) and served as an offical judge for the AAU till the late 1980's.
