Marla Richmond, M.S., is an exercise physiologist, author, international presenter, and expert resource for media. A practicing professional for 18 years, she provides education, leadership, guidance, and comprehensive exercise prescriptions for both apparently healthy individuals and for those with diseases. Richmond is acclaimed world-wide as one of the most innovative teachers of her time. An artist as well as an exercise scientist, Richmond uses original creative illustrations to present complex exercise and nutrition concepts to readers of all ages and knowledge bases.
