About the Author

Linda Stewart has written 17 adult novels and novelizations, plus television dramas and documentaries. "Sam The Cat: Detective," her first book for children, was inspired by her cat, Sam, who generously lets her share his Manhattan apartment. It was nominated for the Mystery Writers of America's Edgar Award ("Best Juvenile Novel") and was published in England, France, Germany, Holland and Japan.
