In "Sunday Morning - Food for the Soul 2", Msgr. Dennis Clark presents short homilies for every Sunday in the three-year lectionary cycle. Each reflection begins with an attention-getting story or anecdote, whimsical or reality-based, clearly designed to lead the reader right into the gist of the homily. Msgr. Clark makes only a single point in the homily and leads swiftly to a conclusion which puts the reflection and follow-up squarely in the congregation or the reader's court. With such effective delivery, there's no time for fidgeting or looking at the clock during these reflections. All the homilies in this collection were prepared for the Nativity Parish Community in 1999-2001.
