About the Author:

Chana Kalsmith is a noted lecturer on Women's Issues in Judaism, having lectured in England, Israel and the United States. She teaches regularly at the Aish HaTorah New York Center, the Jewish Renaissance Center, Manhattan High School for Girls and is a featured lecturer for Project Chazon, a division of Aish HaTorah's Discovery Program.

Chana earned a Masters degree in Higher Education at the University of Maryland and completed an internship at Georgetown University. Her professional background includes working as the executive director of the Women's Information Network (WIN) in Washington DC. She currently lives in New Jersey with her family.
