Ernesto has been skiing for over 30 years and has not missed a ski season. He is a fully Certified Level III Professional Ski Instructor. Every year, in order to reduce the complexities, he continues his education and skill development by attending approximately 20 days of lower and upper end lessons from the Professional Ski Instructors Association (P.S.I.A.), the National Demonstration Team (Demo Team) and bump or racing lessons from various expert skiers or trainers. The reason the author seeks such aggressive training and development is because he is in constant search of "making the state of the art skiing easier" for his students to achieve. He is a Course Conductor, Coordinator and Examiner for the Amateur Ski Instructors Association (A.S.I.A) and an Advanced Ski Instructor at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania.
