About the Author
Jim Gill is, by training, a child development specialist with a Master's degree from the Erikson Institute for Advanced Studies in Child Development. He offers family concerts throughout the country and often speaks to early childhood educators and librarians about the value of play and its relationship to early literacy. Jim is best known for his recordings of music play which have received Parents' Choice Awards and honors from the American Library Association.
