About the Author:

lou bilkovski is a police officer of 17 years with the ontario provincial police. he has always taken personal pride in maintaining a high level of physical fitness. for the past 11 years, lou has been certified as a personal trainer and has a diploma in both fitness and nutrition. lou operates his own personal training business and since 1999 he has headed the anti-doping unit of neutron sports, a company that promotes natural body building and fitness competitions. lou is also a certified doping control officer with the canadian center for ethics in sports and tests world class athletes. since 1990 lou has been coaching high school football and is certified as a level 2 football coach, he is also the teams strength and conditioning coach. in 1992 lou founded the kingston township o.p.p. minor football league that continues to this day.
