Mike Potter is an avid winter enthusiast who enjoys cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, and wildlife watching throughout the season. Mike was an interpretive naturalist with Parks Canada in Banff National Park for 10 years. Mike is the author and photographer of six previous books on the Canadian Rockies, including Ridgewalks in the Canadian Rockies, Backcountry Banff, Hiking Lake Louise, and Central Rockies Placenames.
