EQUI-STRETCH is a home workout video designed primarily for, but not exclusively for equestrians. From riders, to golfers, to body builders, this video offers a great 40 minute low-impact workout. EQUI-STRETCH consists of exercises designed to enhance muscular efficiency. These exercises help both riders and non-riders learn to improve their strength and flexibility, as well as overall body awareness, by developing a greater range of motion, building stronger abdominals, and learning pelvic isolation.

The EQUI-STRETCH workout is instructed by Dan Weltner. Dan is a personal fitness trainer, as well as a professional movement and modern dance instructor. Kristi Weltner-Redd is a riding instructor/trainer with a bachelor's degree in Equine Science. Dan and Kristi co-created the video consisting of unmounted exercises designed to focus on areas specifically challenging to the equestrian.Review:
