Frank Shadpour is a registered Mechanical Engineer and a Certified Construction Specifier. He is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Southern California and has his Masters degree from the University of Redlands. Mr. Shadpour has been the instructor of Design and Control HVAC courses at the University of California, San Diego since 1987 and is the past president of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), San Diego Chapter. Currently he is a member of the ASHRAE Technical Committee TC1.4, Control Theory and Application, and he serves as an ASHRAE Region X Nominating Committee member. Mr. Shadpour is a consulting engineer and a Principal at GEM Engineering Inc.
