This is the third book on Wacky Packages that Paul Argyropoulos and Phil Carpenter have created together. Both have been collecting cards since their childhoods.
The first two books, The Wacky Packages Handbook Volumes 1 and 2 sold out quickly and hobbyists were jonesing for a taste of nostalgia without having to fork out the tens of thousands of dollars to collect the cards. Hence, The Gallery was created.
Paul Argyropoulos is a television editor in Los Angeles. Phil Carpenter is a cancer researcher in Houston, Texas.Review:
"To say that this is the last word in Wacky Packs is an understatement." -- Designated Dale, Razorcake Magazine, March 2000
