Bill Minor graduated from Tulane University in 1943 and served in World War II on a Navy destroyer in the Pacific. He was the Mississippi correspondent of the Times-Picayune from 1947 until 1976, when he launched a new career as a statewide syndicated political columnist in Mississippi. A native of Hammond, Louisiana, he lives with his wife Gloria in Jackson, Mississippi.Review:
