Ashok Wahi. Creator and Co-author has studied and practiced Yoga for over 15 years. Recently he has worked on finding practical uses for Yoga in everyday life. He has his Masters in Operations Research and is currently the principal in his consulting engineering firm.
Co-Author Stefani Pappas, senior Yoga teacher and co-author: B.A., C.M.Th., R.Y.T.-is a Nationally Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher as well as an ordained Interfaith Minister. Stefani has studied and practiced Yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and ancient Yogic texts with Masters from India, Tibet and the U.S.
Co-Author Dr. Virginia Gittelman has a career of over 30 years in education as a teacher, assistant principal, middle and high school principal, director of elemn\entary education and assistant superintendent. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Rider University and the College of New Jersey.
