About the Author:

James Macek is President of Coosemans-Denver, Inc., a partner in the Coosemans Worldwide network of over 29 specialty produce companies around the world. Having begun his business from the ground up, James found the need for a simple, yet effective, guide to specialty produce. He began by simply photographing, sampling, cooking, and eventually writing about the many items his company sells. Assembled over the period of several years, this book is a must for all produce professionals, foodservice salespersons, or anyone interested in the incredible world of produce.
