Dr. James D. Hlavacek has more than 30 years of industrial experience as an internationally recognized industrial educator, businessman, and strategy consultant. His latest book, Profitable Top-Line Growth For Industrial Companies, was published in 2002. Dr. Hlavacek has a unique combination of business experience, practical publications, presentation skills, and academic credentials.
Dr. Hlavacek is the author of five industrial marketing books including the best seller Market Driven Management. He has also written more than 40 practical industrial marketing strategy articles that have appeared in leading publications, including five in the Harvard Business Review.
He is a past vice president and director of the American Marketing Association, and was head of the marketing department at Case Western Reserve University for many years.
