About the Author:

Maurits G. T. Kwee, Clinical Psychologist, Hon. Professor (University of Flores, Buenos Aires) and Visiting Scholar (Waseda University, Tokyo), earned a Doctorate in Medical Science at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is co-founder and President of the Transcultural Society for Clinical Mediation, the editor of Psychotherapy Mediation and Health, and co-editor of the Western & Buddhist Psychology, and Mediation as Health Promotion. Kenneth J. Gergen, Mustin Professor of Psychology, Swarthmore College, and founder and President of the board of the Taos Institute. Among his major works are Toward Transformation in Social Knowledge, Realities and Relationships, The Saturated Self, and An Invitation to Social Construction. Fusako Koshikawa, Professor of Psychology at Waseda University, Tokyo, council member of the Japanese Psychological Association, and certified in clinical, developmental, and school psychology. Co-edited the Handbook of Personality (in Japanese) and author of publications on self-awareness, bodywork, stress reduction, and psychotherapy.
