Whether you are facing the new California Pharmacist Jurisprudence Examination (CPJE) or just involved as a pharmacist, technician, or owner in pharmacy in California, the fifth edition (2005) of Pharmacy Law for California Pharmacists is an indispensable tool. The text presents a comprehensive overview of the state and federal statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions that affect pharmacy practice in California. In addition to its straightforward presentation of complex material, the book provides many questions and hypotheticals, with answers, to clarify difficult points. This second printing comes with the 2006 Update and the newly-revised study guide (Appendix A) for the CPJE, keyed to the California Pharmacy Board's April 2006 revision of its exam content outline, bound in (these updates are also available for downloading from Prof. Cohen's Hastings College of the Law website).
