John Madden is a professional speaker, author, and corporate trainer. He works with companies to eliminate mediocrity in customer service and business practices, and to develop self-motivated employees.
He was brought up in an Irish orphanage. When he was twelve, his aunt took them to live with her in her small hotel in Dublin, where she put him to work, while he also attended school. John went on to manage multiple hotels and restaurants in Europe and in the United States.
He is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and the American Society for Training and Development. He presents keynotes and seminars on creative problem solving, coaching skills for managers, customer retention, interpersonal skills, and stress management through humor.
