An eccentric grandmother, a single woman, a couple of mischievous ghosts, attempted murder, blackmail, illicit affairs and belly laughs are the stuff of the funny new novel Nana.

Nana is the eccentric grandmother who’s favorite granddaughter Pamela, is 30 something and single. A condition that Pamela claims is fine with her – really! Well it is not fine with Nana, nor is it fine with Nana’s ghostly friends, Monty and Madeline. Nana talks to Monty and Madeline on daily basis. A habit that infuriates most of Nana’s family. Pamela is the only one in the family who tolerates Nana’s conversations with thin air. That is until Nana insists that Pamela also talk to her ghostly friends. This, as you can imagine does not sit well with Pamela. Especially since said ghosts claim to not only know who Pamela’s true love is, but that he is in mortal danger. Pamela is not hearing any of it. Though, she is seeing plenty as the ghosts begin to appear in the oddest places! Showering with people who are not alive is not Pamela's idea of fun. It becomes a case of ghostly blackmail as Nana’s friends try to convince Pamela to save the life of a man she has never met and doubts exists. Monty and Madeline accompany Pamela virtually everywhere until she agrees to their demands. It becomes a race against time and insanity as Pamela, Nana and the ghostly apparitions of Monty and Madeline try to save a man’s life, find true love for Pamela and work out after life issues.

Will Pamela finally listen to the ghosts, or is she just hallucinating? Is the man in fact her true love? And is someone really trying to kill him? And most importantly why should Pamela care? It is a quick read and a fanciful trip down a laughter filled path with Nana, Pamela and various characters, dead and alive!
