About the Author:

Philip Victor a.k.a Don Felipe is a first generation Caribbean-American who was born in Brooklyn, New York to parents from Trinidad & Puerto Rico. At the age of nine, he immigrated to Los Angeles with his mother, and has been an Angelino ever since. He credits the creative writing requirements at the Delphi Academy for encouraging him to write fiction during his high school years. As well as studying The Key To Life grammar and communication course at The Church Of Scientology’s Advanced Organization in Los Angeles. More recently, he has been the recipient of the Silver Pen Award for his comic book writings, and the Oladarte Award for his work in journalism. Philip has also volunteered as a tutor for The World Literacy Crusade in the cities of Lynwood and Compton, and was recognized by California’s state and local government for his contributions in promoting literacy.
