Steven J. Stowell, Ph.D. is the founder and president of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness. Steve has published articles in Development and Training, ASTD, ASBA, and Executive Excellence Magazines. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife, Debbie, and their four children. Stephanie S Mead has spent her career in administration management, consulting, management development curriculum design and international operations. Stephanie has designed and created internal organizations policy, worked with organizations in diagnosing training and development needs, facilitated team building workshops, conducted organization research, and supervised joint ventures. Stephanie has development mangy leadership development workshops on topics such as Training and Developing Employees, Managing Change, Staffing, and Performance Development. Stephanie lives in Draper Utah with her husband Eric, and their three children. Joel F. McCausland has devoted much of his professional career to researching and developing coaching processes, tools, and curriculum. Joel is the author/editor or over 40 coaching programs and has written two books on coaching in organizations. Joel has also published articles for Performance Improvement Quarterly and Priorities magazine. In addition to coaching training, Joel has worked on a variety of projects over the past 10 years including: workshop facilitation, blended learning specialist, off-site retreat planning, ROI research, audio/video production, experiential and outdoor learning, measurement and assessment, and organization research.
