About the Author:
James Hassett earned a Ph.D. in psychology at Harvard, and taught at Wellesley College and Boston University. In 1985, he founded Brattle Systems, Inc. to develop and deliver classroom training and e-learning for clients ranging from American Express to Zurich Financial Services. He is the author of four books and over 50 articles in such publications as the International Journal on E-Learning, TRAINING, Psychology Today, and the New York Times Magazine.
