Dr. Yosef Geshuri began his work with neurologically handicapped children in the early 1960's while studying psychology at California State University, Los Angeles. He completed his graduate research training at the University of Iowa in human motivation, personality development, social learning and behavior technology. During his continuing post-graduate studies, he obtained avanced training in several specialty areas, including neuropsychology and developmental disability, hypnosis, forensic psychology, psychopharmacology and serious mental illness. He has taught, conducted research and engaged in clinical practice, in both public and private settings in three states, where he has also obtained professional licenses. For the past 28 years he has been practicing in California, working in a state institution while also developing the "Center for Health and Behavior", where he provides services to the general community. Dr. Geshuri has worked extensively with children, families and adults in a wide variety of psychological and health related issues. As a medical psychologists he consults at the local community hospital. and as a forensic psychologist he works closely with attorneys and the courts on various criminal and civil matters.Review:
