Synopsis
Salmon Run is a collection of poetry, with a First Nations perspective. Wyget, the ancient raven, makes social commentary on our modern world. The book covers topics such as traditional ecology, colonialism, love, passion, life-death cycles and over-consumption. Humour, music and water themes flow through the book. The book is tastefully illustrated with Michael\'s northwest coast art and photographs.

Michael D. Blackstock, Ama Goodim Gyet, is a member of the Gitxsan nation and he is also of Euro-Canadian descent. He is an artist, forester, and mediator.

Slim trade paperback in pictoral wraps. A good copy but with general edge-wear to the covers and a bit of a lift to the front cover.
