About the Author

Dr. David L. Cook is a sport psychologist, author, and speaker. He was named by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 mental game experts in golf and has worked with over 100 PGA tour players. His first mental game novel, Seven Days in Utopia, became a major film starring Academy award winners Robert Duvall and Melissa Leo. He also co-wrote the screenplay and served as executive producer. Dr. Cook's sequel novel, Johnny's U.S Open, is also being considered for a second movie. Other clients have included Fortune 500 companies, Olympians, National Collegiate Champions, NFL, MLB, along with multiple NBA teams including an eight year stint with the San Antonio Spurs that included two World Championships.
