About the Author:

As the president and founder of TBN Sales Solutions, Todd Natenberg increases commissions for salespeople and profits for businesses, through customized training, coaching and consulting. TBN establishes structures and procedures in all facets of the sales process, through workshops and individual sales coaching, to teach reps to control their own destiny, to impact the bottom line.

Prior to TBN Sales Solutions, Todd was a sales manager, regional sales trainer and salesperson in telecommunications. He has held positions at Teligent, AT&T and Qwest Communications. Previously, he sold photocopiers and faxes.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, Todd began his career as a newspaper reporter. He served a Pulliam Fellowship at The Arizona Republic in Phoenix and covered local politics for the Daily Herald in suburban Chicago as a staff writer. He still contributes regularly to various sales magazines, including Selling!

This is his second book. His first book, The Journey Within: Two Months on Kibbutz chronicled his adventures volunteering on an Israeli kibbutz in the summer of 2000.
