About the Author
Joseph and Lilian Le Page are the Directors of Integrative Yoga Therapy and Enchanted Mountain Yoga Center in Brazil. Joseph founded Integrative Yoga Therapy in 1992. Since then, he has trained more than 2,000 Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists around the world. Joseph brings together insights through his study of Yoga, educational systems, and healing arts to form a comprehensive and creative educational program. Lilian graduated from the four year teacher training program of Vayuananda and also completed a three year Vedanta study course on the Bhagavad Gita. Her teaching foucuses on Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, and meditation. Joseph and Lilian live at Enchanted Mountain Center in Southern Brazil, where they lead Yoga training programs and vacations throughout the year.
