About the Author:

Gary Heil is an author, educator, lawyer, consultant, and coach. For the last three decades, he has been an ardent student of the human side of organizations. He was a pioneer in the study of loyal customer relationships and how these relationships have been affected by employee motivation. He remains a vocal and passionate advocate for finding more effective ways to lead inspired teams.

Gary is the coauthor of Leadership and the Customer Revolution, One Size Fits One: Building Relationships One Customer and One Employee at a Time, Maslow on Management, Revisiting the Human Side of Enterprise, and The Winning Coach.

In addition, Gary is the cofounder of the webcast Leadership Lessons from the Fast Lane, and he has been a commentator on Australian and American radio and television.

He has also served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and as an advisor and director for a number of technology start-ups.

With over twenty-five years as a technology professional, Karl Meinhardt has served as a consultant for many companies regarding information technology strategies and services. As a former CIO and founder of several start-up companies, he has a full understanding of information as a powerful source of service. Karl's expertise with turning knowledge into a strategic advantage has assisted many organizations and companies in their long-term service goals, while focusing on building agile and adept information technology teams.

Using his complete understanding of software development strategies and the importance of corporate culture, he has helped companies to build information technology teams who can produce quality products on relatively short time frames.
