About the Author

STEVEN E. RUBIN, M.D., is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology-certified Adult Psychiatrist specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia diagnosis and treatment. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, completed his internship at Duke University, and graduated from residency at the University of Virginia. He was a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Nevada-Reno School of Medicine and a member of the Nevada Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board. Dr. Rubin gives workshops and lectures on geriatric care to various health and civic groups across the nation. His professional mission is to deliver quality health care and education to gerolescent adults, their families, and the community.
