This cookbook hopes to help demonstrate that whole foods cooking is not difficult, nor is something you only have time to do once or twice a month. It begins with a few new recipes and one or two additions to the standard shopping list. Before you realize it, whole food ingredients are a regular part of your cooking and you have developed a newfound energy in the kitchen. Before long whole foods cooking simply becomes a habit.
